Kettlebell Class – this 45 min functional training classes uses Kettlebells to work strength and cardio in one. Learn loads of creative new moves with this great and versatile piece of kit followed by a cool down and stretch
LBT – A cult classic. Using body weight and weighted options we will hone in on those key areas you want to work. Warm up, workout, cool down and target your favourite areas in just 45 mins
